Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken

This is a great recipe. I apologize that I do not have the nutritional value for this, however, it is taken from a healthy recipe.

You will need:
1 Bag of frozen Chicken Breasts
1 Can of Salsa (your choice on spicyness)
1 Bag of frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can of Black Beans
Bag of Whole Grain Tortilla Chips (look in the organic section of the grocery store)
Shredded lettuce
Shredded Low Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
(optional) Low Fat Sour Cream (a little bit)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make sure the chicken is thawed out. Put the chicken in a casserole type pan. Pour the salsa, corn and black beans over the chicken. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Check the chicken and make sure it is cooked through.
Put your tortilla chips and lettuce on a plate, then put the chicken and salsa mix on top. Then add a little cheese and even less sour cream on top.

Pineapple or a healthy fruit salad would go great with this.
